Finding Love on the Farm–sneak peek

This was a sweet and intimate wedding in Spokane.  The day started off a little hectic (as all weddings do) but once the bride and groom saw each other, it was all smiles from there.  They would just light up when the other was in their sight.

I was a little stressed out when it started raining while the bride and groom were getting ready, but it stopped raining right before we arrived at the photo location. The weather held and the sun even briefly came out until about 10 seconds after the last click of the shutter when it began to POUR. Whew! We just made it.  It rained while we were in the church for the ceremony, and stopped the second it was over so we could head to the reception (thank you clouds)  We were so lucky!  Oh wait, I mean that I am just that good……..I can command the rain clouds:)

Keeping in the intimate mood of the day, the ceremony took place at the same church the groom’s parents were married at (hence the photo of them out front of it).  Lastly, the groom’s dad prepared the dinner for the reception, which I can say hands down, BEATS ANY OTHER WEDDING FOOD I HAVE HAD!  This man can cook!  I wonder if he passed this skill down to his son (what a lucky bride, if so!).  It was sweet, simple, and all about close family and friends.  Thank you for letting me be a part of your day.  Enjoy this peek!
