They lived in the same building. They met. They fell in love. They got married. They found out a baby was on the way…….and then they found out two babies were on the way! While the babies were having a bottle, this beautiful mom told me about the day they found out. They were in the waiting room of her OB’s office when she spotted an article on twins. She turned to her husband and said something along the lines of… “Could you imagine having twins? Thank goodness we don’t have to deal with that.”…and that’s the appointment they were given the news. You might think a household of new parents and twins would be frantic (and I’m sure it is at times) but not on this day. Both parents just seemed to be in sync with each other and their babies, which created a really calm environment. It was almost too calm. As you can see, I couldn’t keep these adorable boys awake long enough to catch a family photo. Well I guess, closed eyes are better than squinted up, tear-filled eyes. Since their lives have completely changed over the past few months, the couple wanted to document all of their family, which is why you will also find portraits of their first “children.” Enjoy!
