Pretty in Pink

It was a gorgeous, and unexpectedly warm, September day at Laurel Creek Manor.  I had worked with this couple on their engagement photos earlier this year, and was eager to have the opportunity to work with them again because they were so sweet, full of life, and just downright adorable together.  If the bride could have had it her way the entire place would have been painted pink for the occasion, but since that wasn’t possible and I don’t think her groom was too excited about the idea of a pink tux, she scaled it back to pink accents all around.  She was even fortunate enough to have a very talented mother-in-law and aunt-in-law who made the tiered wedding cake and decorated it with various pink polka dots in a very modern pattern.  It was a wonderful day that could be summed up as playfully chic.  Congratulations to a fabulous couple with the best last name ever!
