Head in the clouds

This wedding found me heading back to Spokane, but this time with the wonderful Ali Harvey to keep me company.  We arrived to a dark, cold and wet city (wait a minute, didn’t we just leave Seattle?) with a slightly ominous feeling about the day to come.  Why do I constantly fret? Of course, we awoke to a slightly cloudy but warm day, that ended up being 70+ degrees with clear skies. Thank you weather gods!  The weather, and maybe a little help from some liquid courage, led to high spirits and a buzz of energy throughout the entire bridal party….not nervous energy whatsoever, but just excitement.  This young, adorable couple was ready to get married, and all of their family and friends were ready to celebrate with them; and celebrate they did!  From the setting (Beacon Hill), to the couple, to all of the guests, there was never a dull moment to be found.  Ali and I were in photographers’ heaven and worked until we literally dropped! (I considered sleeping in the car because the walk to my bed just seemed like too much of a hassle) What an absolutely wonderful day!
